Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead investment strategy, portfolio management, risk control, and long-term capital allocation. The CIO will work closely with the senior management team to identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and formulate investment strategies that align with the company's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's investment strategy
Lead portfolio allocation and investment decision-making
Evaluate investment opportunities, market conditions, and potential risks
Establish investment guidelines and performance benchmarks
Monitor portfolio performance and report regularly to the senior management team
Conduct financial and market analysis to support investment decisions
Manage relationships with financial institutions, investment partners, and advisors
Formulate risk management and capital allocation strategies
Identify opportunities and trends in emerging markets
Ensure investment activities comply with relevant policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in investment management, finance, private equity, venture capital, or related fields
In-depth knowledge of portfolio management and financial markets
Proven experience in developing and executing investment strategies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred
