### VP of Finance
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the company's finance and accounting functions.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Drive financial planning and the enhancement of business performance.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and leadership team.
- Coordinate financial controls, compliance management, and risk control initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 13+ years of experience in finance, including senior management experience.
- Strong capabilities in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and business partnering skills.
- Proven track record of driving profitability growth and business development.
