Responsibilities:
Apply classroom knowledge to real engineering challenges
Assist with research, testing, analysis, and problem-solving activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business
Present findings and recommendations to engineering leaders
Support projects that improve products, manufacturing processes, or customer outcomes
Gain hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, and laboratory environments
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with CAD and 3D modeling
Experience through engineering projects, research, internships, or co-ops
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $23– $25.50 per hour.
