I am looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Co-Founder to join me in building an early-stage digital marketing agency from the ground up.
This is a genuine Co-Founder and management position. You will take primary responsibility for delivering results for clients and managing the service delivery while working closely with the founder on the overall management, strategy and growth of the company.

Your Role:
Your main responsibility will be planning, executing, and managing digital marketing services for clients. You will also work alongside the founder as part of the management team and contribute to important business decisions and the overall growth of the company.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, Content)
- Manage and grow clients' social media accounts and campaigns
- Create, run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Develop content strategies and marketing calendars
- Track, analyze and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Help retain clients and upsell additional services
- Work with the founder on business strategy
- Help manage the growth and operations of the agency
- Contribute to the long-term direction of the company
