Content Repurposer Lead

We're building the personal brand of an entrepreneur and investor with several businesses across digital marketing, AI and software. The founder films video and records voice notes every week. We need an experienced specialist who can get the most out of every piece of it.
This is not a ghostwriting role. The ideas and words are the founder's own. Your job is to take what has already been said on camera or in a voice note and turn it into the right format for every platform, over and over, without it ever feeling repeated.
What you'll do
Prepare every video for every platform. Take each finished video and make it ready for around 10 platforms: crops and aspect ratios, captions, titles, descriptions, and clearly labelled versions (e.g. Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
Turn ideas into new formats. Use transcripts and AI tools to turn what the founder said into LinkedIn posts and articles, X posts and articles, carousels with on-brand imagery, and newsletter sections.
Get more from every idea over time. Keep a library of everything the founder has said. Bring ideas back weeks or months later in a new format, and connect them to what's happening in the news or the industry right now.
Hand over ready-to-post packages to our Publishing Assistant, and help hire and direct that person.

You'll fit if you
Have done this already, for a founder, creator, executive, podcast or media brand. We're not looking for someone new to content.
Know every major platform inside out: formats, specs, captions, and which ones restrict scheduling or editing.
Can look at a single video and see five other pieces of content in it.
Write excellent English and can keep someone else's voice intact.
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, transcription tools) every day to work faster, without the output sounding like AI.
Can produce on-brand carousels and graphics yourself, or direct a designer to.
