Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital transformation initiatives, strengthen our technology capabilities, and identify new opportunities for business growth.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CDO will be responsible for developing and executing our long-term digital strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring technology investments align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with corporate goals and business priorities.
Lead digital transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and customer engagement.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, cloud computing, automation, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with executive leadership to accelerate business growth and improve organizational performance.
Establish measurable KPIs to evaluate digital initiatives, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
Oversee digital infrastructure, technology partnerships, and strategic innovation projects.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams in a remote working environment.
Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, IT consulting, technology management, or business transformation.
Proven leadership experience in a senior management or executive-level position.
Strong knowledge of enterprise technology, AI, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership skills.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating across multiple business functions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
