Role Description The Event Operations Intern will support the planning and execution of on-ground events that showcase Legend of Toys products and engage customers. This internship role is based on-site in Bengaluru and involves coordinating event logistics, setting up event spaces, and assisting with demonstrations of RC cars, drones, and related products. The intern will help manage and, support customer interactions, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive participation and product interest. Daily responsibilities may include preparing event materials, maintaining inventory of event equipment, capturing basic event data and feedback, and ensuring smooth, safe, and engaging event experiences. The role offers hands-on exposure to event operations in a fast-paced, playful environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
Basic Event Planning skills, with an interest in organizing and executing on-ground activities.
Exposure to or interest in Event Marketing, including promoting events and engaging audiences.
Foundational Sales skills or willingness to learn, with comfort in product demonstrations and answering questions.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma
Is willing to work on-site in Bengaluru, including occasional evenings or weekends during events.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under time constraints.
Interest in RC cars, drones, toys, or consumer electronics, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.. Is a plus
