About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling consumer tech startup operating in the fashion-tech and D2C apparel sector across India, we’re reimagining how style meets sustainability through tech-enabled personalization and supply chain innovation. Backed by seed-stage investors and growing at 300% YoY, we’re building a team of mission-driven operators and investors to fuel our Series A journey—remote-first, data-driven, and obsessed with unit economics.
Role & Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and lead investment theses across early-stage consumer tech, D2C, and fashion-tech startups in India.
Build financial models to assess unit economics, CAC, LTV, and path to profitability for portfolio and pipeline companies.
Lead term sheet negotiations, due diligence, and board seat onboarding for new investments.
Partner with founders to refine GTM, supply chain, and scaling strategies—acting as an operational investor.
Track KPIs across portfolio, prepare investor updates, and advise on capital efficiency and exit planning.
Represent Vilasitawear at industry summits, startup pitch events, and LP meetings across India and APAC.
