PR (Public Relation) Intern - Remote

About The Opportunity
A fast-growing direct-to-consumer fashion brand operating in India’s digital-first apparel sector, we blend storytelling, influencer collaboration, and community-driven marketing to scale brand presence across social and digital platforms. As a PR Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we’re seen, heard, and talked about — working remotely with a dynamic team to amplify our voice in a competitive, trend-driven market.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and brand narratives aligned with campaign goals.
Research and build media contact lists across fashion, lifestyle, and digital platforms in India.
Coordinate outreach to influencers, bloggers, and journalists for product seeding, events, and partnerships.
Track media coverage, compile weekly PR reports, and monitor brand mentions across social and digital channels.
Support event logistics — virtual and in-person — including press invites, follow-ups, and collateral preparation.
Collaborate with marketing and social teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
Strong writing and editing skills for PR-ready copy
Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office
Basic understanding of media relations and press outreach
Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Familiarity with Indian fashion or lifestyle media landscape
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred:
Portfolio of published PR samples or campaign write-ups
Experience with influencer outreach or brand collabs
Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools for media kits
