About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Sales & Operations Coordinator based in Senegal to support both the sales and day-to-day operational side of our Senegal operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, convert leads, coordinate orders, follow up on deliveries and keep accurate operational records.
The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, highly organized and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from the first customer interaction through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone calls and other approved communication channels.
* Present products/services clearly, handle objections and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, customer information and operational updates.
* Coordinate confirmed orders through the fulfillment and delivery process.
* Follow up with delivery personnel and other relevant parties to ensure orders move forward on time.
* Monitor pending, delayed, unsuccessful and returned orders and follow up promptly.
* Communicate with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery updates and relevant issues.
* Ensure customer and order information is accurately recorded and updated.
* Escalate operational issues, delivery challenges or unresolved customer concerns promptly.
* Track daily sales and operational performance against agreed targets.
* Prepare accurate daily reports covering sales activity, orders, confirmations, deliveries, challenges and results.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle company, customer and financial information responsibly.
* Follow MFT’s approved processes and maintain accurate records without manipulation or omission.
* Support other reasonable sales and operational activities required to keep the Senegal operation running effectively.
Requirements
* Previous experience in telesales, sales, call centre, customer-facing operations, logistics, order management or a similar role.
* Strong spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable communicating professionally with customers over the phone.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working with targets, KPIs and daily performance expectations.
* Good computer skills and ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM systems or other digital tools.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer and operational information.
* Trustworthy, responsible and able to handle company information and transactions with integrity.
* Able to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.
* Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
* Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability when operationally required.
* Must be currently based in Senegal.
This is a hands-on role that combines sales execution with operational coordination. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both sides of the work and can take ownership from customer acquisition through order fulfillment.
