Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break
Compensation: TZS 400,000 monthly salary + TZS 60,000 work-support allowance. Additional incentives and commissions will be discussed during the interview.
About the Role
MFT Fulfillment Centre is looking for a results-driven Telesales Closer who can convert leads into confirmed orders, handle objections, follow up effectively, and maintain strong sales performance.
This is a sales role, not a customer service position. We need someone who knows how to sell, close, and follow through.
Responsibilities
* Call new leads, present our offerings, and close sales.
* Handle objections and turn interested prospects into confirmed orders.
* Follow up with customers to reduce cancellations and improve delivery success.
* Meet daily call, lead generation, confirmation, and sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance updates.
* Attend scheduled meetings, communicate professionally, and follow agreed work schedules.
Requirements
* Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales with demonstrable closing ability.
* Strong spoken English and confidence communicating with customers and the team.
* Excellent persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working with targets, performance reviews, and a structured sales process.
* Reliable laptop, internet connection, and power supply.
* Dependable, accountable, coachable, and available to start promptly.
Important: Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their sales ability during the selection process. General customer service experience without sales-closing experience may not be sufficient.
