Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, contributing to employer branding efforts across digital platforms, and preparing job postings and candidate communication. The intern will help schedule and follow up on interviews, support hiring decisions with organized documentation, and participate in improving recruitment processes. This internship offers practical exposure to modern recruitment practices and the opportunity to learn from experienced talent acquisition professionals.
Qualifications
Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up.
Interest in Hiring processes, from coordinating interviews to assisting in selection and offer stages.
Understanding of Employer Branding concepts and willingness to contribute to digital and campus outreach initiatives.
Basic Interviewing skills or strong motivation to learn structured interview techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a remote internship setting.
Comfort with using online tools, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking or CRM systems (training can be provided).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, HR, or campus recruiting, through coursework, projects, or prior internships.
