Role Description
This is a remote, unpaid internship role for a Product Lead / Product Manager Intern.
The intern will support the product team in planning, executing, and managing digital products from concept to delivery. This role focuses on product thinking, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that products are built to solve real user problems and meet business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in defining product goals, features, and roadmaps
• Conducting user and market research to inform product decisions
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams
• Supporting product documentation, user flows, and feature breakdowns
• Participating in product planning, stand-ups, and review sessions
• Monitoring product performance and suggesting improvements
• Helping prioritize tasks and manage product timelines
Qualifications
• Strong interest in product management, product design, or tech-driven problem solving
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle
• Ability to think critically and solve problems logically
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Trello, or similar (a plus)
• Ability to manage tasks, organize ideas, and work independently
• Curiosity about user behavior, business strategy, and digital products
