We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Spanish Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a US-based client with executive and administrative tasks.
Rate: $6/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | US Business Hours
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally in Spanish and English
Provide C-Level executive and administrative support
Manage inboxes, calendars, and phone communications
Handle documents, records, and CRM updates
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal
Full Work-from-Home Set Up
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
