Magic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Spanish Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a US-based client with executive and administrative tasks.
Rate: $6/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | US Business Hours

Responsibilities
Provide C-Level executive and administrative support
Manage inboxes, calendars, and phone communications
Handle documents, records, and CRM updates
Conduct research and prepare concise summaries
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business partners
Communicate professionally in Spanish and English
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Experience working with US-based clients and different time zones
Proficient with CRM, email, calendar, and business tools
Work-from-Home Requirements
