🚀 We’re Hiring | Product Owner
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
🏦 Domain: Finance & Accounting
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🎯 Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product backlog & roadmap
Define user stories, acceptance criteria & sprint goals
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers & development teams
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint execution
Plan releases, manage feature requests & track progress
Understand customer needs and turn them into valuable product features
Continuously improve Agile processes based on feedback and results
🔑 Requirements and skills
Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
2+ years of Finance & Accounting / Financial Products experience
CSPO or equivalent certification – Mandatory
Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum
Good technical understanding of software development & web technologies
Excellent communication, collaboration & organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
