Video Editor & Marketing Executive

About the role
Dexler Energy builds solar power parks for industrial businesses across Karnataka. Our marketing runs lean and moves fast. We're adding one hands-on person to own video production and help execute marketing across the board. You'll work directly with the marketing lead on everything from testimonial films and drone edits to social content, website and campaigns. If you like owning your work end to end and seeing it go live quickly, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
• Edit video: customer testimonials, drone footage, site timelapses, park teasers and short social cuts, in both client-facing and brand-facing versions
• Create motion graphics and animated elements for videos and social (a strong plus, not mandatory)
• Produce and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn and other channels
• Support website updates: content, blogs, testimonials and quick visuals
• Help build sales collateral: presentation decks, teaser PPTs and land collateral
• Coordinate shoots with the drone vendor and on-site teams
• Keep multiple projects moving to deadline with minimal hand-holding
What we're looking for
• 3 to 5 years in video editing or content production, ideally in a marketing or agency setup
• Strong hands on Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut)
• After Effects for motion graphics is a big plus; if you don't have it yet, that's okay
• Comfort with Photoshop or Canva for quick graphics and social creatives
• Proactive, organized, takes ownership and can juggle several deliverables at once
• A good eye for clean, corporate, brand-consistent output
• Immediate joiner strongly preferred
Nice to have
• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Experience with B2B, industrial, infrastructure or real-estate brands
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
