Schedule – Night Shift
Monday–Friday, plus two scheduled Saturdays per month. Sundays and remaining Saturdays off. The Saturday roster will be shared in advance.
Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Toronto/Eastern Time—eight working hours plus a one-hour break.
India local hours:
* 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST during Toronto daylight saving time.
* 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST during Toronto standard time.
Working days follow Toronto time. Shifts finish the following morning in India.
About the Role
Kepsten is hiring an experienced, proactive and target-driven salesperson to convert customer enquiries into confirmed home-service bookings.
We provide fresh customer enquiries and previous unbooked leads. You will own the sales process from initial contact through follow-up and closing.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries through calls, messages and email.
* Follow up with previous enquiries and customers who have not booked.
* Understand customer needs, explain services and pricing, and recommend suitable options.
* Handle objections confidently, ask for the booking and guide customers through checkout.
* Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate Zoho CRM records.
* Achieve assigned monthly booking, revenue and conversion targets, reviewed weekly.
* Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate bookings and realistic customer expectations.
Required Experience
* Minimum two years of telephone sales experience with personal responsibility for closing sales.
* Previous experience selling to U.S. or Canadian customers.
* Demonstrated achievement of individual sales targets.
* Previous night-shift experience.
* Clear spoken and written English, strong listening skills and persuasive communication.
* Reliable availability for the advertised schedule, including seasonal time changes and two working Saturdays.
Consumer-sales or home-services experience is preferred. Applicants whose experience is limited to prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting or customer support must demonstrate additional sales-closing experience.
Required Home-Office Setup
* Suitable laptop or desktop.
* Reliable broadband and backup internet connection.
* Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.
* Quiet, private workspace.
* Backup power sufficient to keep the computer and internet operating during outages.
Compensation and Targets
₹60,000 fixed monthly salary plus up to ₹40,000 in monthly performance incentives.
Incentives are based on defined targets and completed, paid bookings. Targets, qualifying conditions and payment terms will be provided in writing before joining.
Performance also includes follow-up quality, cancellation rates, customer communication, attendance and CRM accuracy.
