Base Salary: ₹60,000/month + Performance Commission up to ₹40,000/month
Mandatory experience: At least two years personally closing sales over the phone with U.S. or Canadian consumers. Domestic-only retail, showroom, field sales or distribution experience does not meet this requirement.

About Kepsten
Kepsten provides home services, including house cleaning, carpet and sofa cleaning, and duct cleaning. We are hiring an experienced salesperson to convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
We provide fresh enquiries and previous unbooked leads. You will qualify customers, explain pricing, handle objections, follow up and close bookings.
What You’ll Do
•⁠ ⁠Respond promptly to customer enquiries through calls, messages and email.
•⁠ ⁠Make outbound follow-up calls to previous enquiries and customers who have not booked.
•⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and explain services and pricing clearly.
•⁠ ⁠Handle objections, confidently ask for the booking and guide customers through checkout.
•⁠ ⁠Achieve individual monthly booking, revenue and conversion targets.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate Zoho CRM records and scheduled follow-ups.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate bookings and realistic customer expectations.
Required Experience and Skills
•⁠ ⁠At least two years personally closing telephone sales with U.S. or Canadian consumers.
•⁠ ⁠Direct responsibility for pricing discussions, objection handling, follow-up and closing.
•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated achievement of individual sales or revenue targets.
•⁠ ⁠Previous night-shift experience.
•⁠ ⁠Clear spoken and written English, strong listening skills and confident customer communication.
•⁠ ⁠Reliable attendance, initiative and willingness to apply coaching.
Home-services experience is preferred, but relevant international consumer-sales experience is welcome.
Appointment setting, lead generation or customer support alone is insufficient. You must demonstrate personal closing results.
Working Schedule
•⁠ ⁠Monday–Friday, plus two scheduled Saturdays per month.
•⁠ ⁠Sundays and remaining Saturdays off.
•⁠ ⁠Saturday roster shared in advance.
•⁠ ⁠9:00 AM–6:00 PM Toronto/Eastern Time: eight working hours plus a one-hour break.
India local hours:
•⁠ ⁠During Toronto daylight saving time: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST.
•⁠ ⁠During Toronto standard time: 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST.
Working days refer to Toronto time. Shifts finish the following morning in India. Availability for both seasonal schedules is required.

•⁠ ⁠Reliable broadband and backup internet connection.
•⁠ ⁠Noise-cancelling headset with microphone.
•⁠ ⁠Quiet, private workspace.
•⁠ ⁠Backup power sufficient to keep your computer and internet operating during outages.
Compensation and Performance
The fixed monthly salary is ₹60,000. Additional performance incentives of up to ₹40,000 per month are earned under the incentive plan, based on defined targets and completed, paid bookings.
Written targets and incentive terms will be provided before joining. Results are reviewed weekly, alongside follow-up quality, cancellations, customer communication and CRM accuracy.
