About the Role
We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Implementation Consultants with strong expertise in Core Banking implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution (FCUBS) implementations, business requirement analysis, parameterization, solution design, and stakeholder management within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, transformation, migration, and customization projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
Configure and parameterize Oracle FLEXCUBE modules based on business requirements.
Conduct requirement workshops and engage with business users, SMEs, and stakeholders.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration, and defect resolution.
Provide functional guidance and best practices for Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation.
Manage requirement traceability and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
Support data migration and business process validation activities.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum5+ years of relevant experiencein Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consulting.
Strong hands-on experience inOracle FLEXCUBE FCUBS 12. x or higher versions.
Proven experience in at leastone or more actual FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
Strong expertise inRequirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis, and Functional Documentation.
Hands-on experience inFLEXCUBE parameterization and configuration.
Strong working knowledge of at least2-3 FLEXCUBE functional modules.
Excellent understanding ofFCUBS 12. x architecture and Banking Domain processes.
Ability to independently engage and manage discussions withBanking Business Users, SMEs, and Stakeholders.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Production Rollout activities.
