Manager - Data Science

As a Manager, NLP and Generative AI, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge NLP solutions that address significant business challenges. Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics).
Extensive experience in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI, with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Proven expertise in applying deep learning and NLP techniques to solve complex problems, with a portfolio of projects that have delivered tangible business outcomes.
Solid understanding of Large Language Models and practical experience with Generative AI
Solid understanding of agile project management principles, with experience leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical approach to tackling challenges and driving results.
Lead the design and development of NLP and Generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across the organization.
Conduct applied research in NLP to identify and deploy advanced techniques that enhance our data science capabilities, focusing on delivering practical business solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of the latest trends in AI and NLP, and actively sharing knowledge and insights to contribute to the collective growth and technical proficiency of the team.
