Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst – Fresher with a strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SQL, Excel, and data visualisation, with the ability to analyse data and communicate meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Write basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
• Analyse trends, patterns and business performance metrics.
• Assist in validating data accuracy and resolving data-quality issues.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Document analysis, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates with relevant academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Basic knowledge of data visualisation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Data Visualisation, Statistics, Data Cleaning, Reporting and Business Intelligence.
