Cloudmaven delivers global expertise combined with hands-on implementation experience across a wide range of industries. Our focus is on building efficient, scalable, and transparent business processes that support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Job Description
Cloudmaven is looking for an experienced NetSuite Lead Consultant to lead our presence in France. You will act as trusted advisor and solution architect for our clients, translating business objectives into NetSuite solution strategy, and leading engagements from initial discovery through to successful delivery.
As a Lead Consultant, you will operate with a degree of autonomy, engaging directly with senior and strategic stakeholders and influencing their NetSuite roadmap and business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis and solution architecture experience, the credibility to advise at a senior level. We are looking for a fully fluent French speaker with excellent English who needs to be comfortable working directly with French-speaking and international clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Lead NetSuite Consultant in France, representing Cloudmaven independently and expanding the company's local presence and credibility.
Serve as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for strategic client stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership.
Conduct business process workshops, performing gap analysis and creating functional and system design specifications to align NetSuite with client objectives.
Translate business objectives into NetSuite solution architecture and roadmaps, advising clients on the best path forward.
Manage full life-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, covering project planning, solution design, data migration, system testing, and go-live support, in coordination with technical delivery teams.
Advise clients on best-practice business processes, organisational change, and NetSuite adoption strategies.
Provide end-user training and documentation, ensuring client teams can effectively adopt NetSuite and follow best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to recommend process improvements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, prioritise, and mitigate project risks, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Identify opportunities to expand engagements and grow strategic client relationships.
Provide leadership and direction to other consultants supporting client engagements.
Prepare and present business cases, solution proposals, and executive-level documentation.
Stay current on NetSuite platform capabilities and industry best practices to inform client advisory.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in NetSuite business analysis, solution consulting, or advisory roles.
Demonstrated experience leading business process analysis, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
Experience leading full life-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations and managing change-management activities.
Proven ability to advise and influence senior and strategic stakeholders.
Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, ideally with experience establishing or leading a new client base or market.
Fully fluent French speaker with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior consulting or professional services experience.
NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant, or equivalent) is advantageous.
