About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Fitness Content Creator & Social Media Executive who understands digital content, social media trends, and the fitness industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging fitness-focused content, coordinating video shoots, supporting graphic design requirements, and helping grow our presence across digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop fresh and engaging content ideas around fitness, health, wellness, workouts, lifestyle, and trending topics.
Plan and coordinate video content, including concepts, scripts, shot requirements, schedules, and execution.
Coordinate with trainers, influencers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams for shoots and content production.
Create and coordinate social media content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels formats, viral content, audio trends, hashtags, and audience behavior.
Assist with graphic design and creative content, including social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and promotional creatives.
Ensure content is visually appealing, informative, on-brand, and aligned with the company's communication style.
Contribute to content calendars and ensure timely execution and publishing of planned content.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns and promotional content.
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Keep up with emerging trends in the fitness and wellness industry and convert relevant trends into engaging digital content.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related creative role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms.
Good creative and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interest in fitness, health, wellness, and lifestyle content.
Ability to identify trends and quickly turn them into relevant content.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Prior experience in the fitness, health, wellness, sports, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in coordinating photoshoots or video shoots.
Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Experience in creating fitness Reels, workout videos, educational content, and influencer-led content.
A personal passion for fitness and social media content creation will be highly valued.
