WE’RE HIRING: DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert who understands how to turn ad spend into measurable growth.
If Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, funnels, optimisation and ROAS are your strengths, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads across Facebook & Instagram
• Manage Google Ads including Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns
• Create and manage lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS and overall campaign profitability
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and keyword research
• Build retargeting and remarketing strategies
• Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking
• Analyse landing page and funnel performance to improve conversions
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, copy and landing pages
• Work closely with the creative and content teams on high-performing ad concepts
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Stay updated with the latest changes across Meta, Google and digital advertising platforms
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
• Experience handling meaningful advertising budgets
• Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, analytics and conversion optimisation
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot campaigns and improve performance independently
• Experience with e-commerce, education, wellness, personal brands or service businesses will be an advantage
