Founder's Office Intern (Executive Assistant)

ARGMAC builds luxury pool tables, snooker tables, home bars, and game room furniture, made to order for homes across India and abroad.
We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is not a filing-and-forwarding role. You'll sit close to real decisions, see how a luxury manufacturing brand runs day to day, and own tasks that actually move the business.
What you'll do
Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and status updates
Coordinate between sales, production, marketing, and the factory team
Research clients, partners, markets, and competitors when needed
Draft emails, proposals, and presentations
Track ongoing projects and flag delays before they become problems
Handle special projects as the business needs them
Who we're looking for
Final-year students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, engineering, or similar)
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Organized. You notice what's slipping and fix it without being told
Discreet with confidential information
Available to work on-site in New Delhi
Good to have
Prior internship in operations, consulting, or a startup
Interest in luxury, design, or manufacturing
