Hiring: Full-Stack Power Platform Developer
Experience: 10+ years

Mandatory Skills:
Minimum six years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python scripting.
Overall 10 years in development.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL database integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps and advanced Power Fx.
Strong Power Automate experience, including expressions, conditions, loops, arrays, approvals, and error handling.
Good knowledge of JSON objects, arrays, schemas, parsing, transformation, and null handling, together with experience in Python scripting.
Good knowledge of HTML and inline CSS for dynamic, responsive Power Apps interfaces.
Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL databases, SharePoint lists, and document libraries.
Experience creating Office Scripts to execute import/export functionality through Power Automate within Power Apps, including multi-sheet processing, field mapping, and data formatting.
Experience with testing, release support, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with Power Platform application lifecycle management, solutions, environment variables, connection references, pipelines, and source control.
Experience using Office Scripts for advanced Excel automation and workbook clean-up.
Experience with Agile delivery and enterprise UI/UX practices.
