Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner schools.
b. Serve as the main contact for program queries and updates.
2. Enrollment & Retention
a. Drive student enrollment and engagement through timely, value-driven communication.
b. Track participation and ensure high retention across all programs.
3. Program Coordination
a. Manage scheduling, reminders, and logistics for mentoring, JuniorMBA, and College
Catapult programs.
b. Ensure smooth rescheduling and proactive conflict resolution.
4. Experience Delivery
a. Guarantee a seamless journey from onboarding to completion.
b. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and resolve issues quickly.
5. Communication & Reporting
a. Share program updates and event reminders.
b. Maintain records, monitor satisfaction, and share insights for process improvement.
Ideal Candidate
1. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
3. A solution-oriented, proactive, and empathetic approach to stakeholder needs.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Education.
5. Experience in relationship management, sales, or customer success roles.
6. Bonus: Prior experience in the education or study abroad sector
