Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technician
Location: Brighton, CO
Pay: $30–$50/hr + overtime + bonus | $85K–$110K+ potential total earnings

Tired of driving from plant to plant?
This is a dedicated, long-term position at ONE industrial facility in Brighton, CO. You’ll work hands-on with a large-scale industrial ammonia (NH3) refrigeration system without the constant customer-site travel that comes with many refrigeration service jobs.

What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
Maintain and repair compressors, pumps, valves, piping, and related equipment
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
Respond to refrigeration equipment issues and minimize downtime
Monitor system operation and identify potential problems before they become major issues
Perform hands-on mechanical and refrigeration troubleshooting
Follow PSM, safety, and established refrigeration procedures
Document maintenance and repair activities
What We're Looking For
Hands-on industrial ammonia/NH3 refrigeration experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
Experience working with industrial refrigeration equipment
Ability to independently diagnose problems and perform repairs
Comfortable working in a plant/industrial environment
Strong commitment to safety
