Mechanical Designer - Shock Absorber

Job description:
What you can look forward to as Mechanical Designer-Shock Absorber(m/f/d):
1. Design experience in shock absorber domain is preferred and willing to work from PUNE location
2. 3 to 5 years of Experience in modelling and detailing in shock absorber domain.
3. Experience in CREO is must
4. Experience in Product life cycle management tools and change management
5. Very good documentation skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
7. Working knowledge of commercial vehicle suspension system
Your profile as SMechanical Designer-Shock Absorber(m/f/d):
1. Creation of modeling and drawings for global projects
2. Concept preparation and selection based on the customer and cost requirements
3. Track and execute technical work packages
4. Achieve Product target cost and contribute to Design to Cost (DtC)
5. Good knowledge in modelling and detailing of parts and assembly. Good knowledge on Modelling best practices
6. Flexible to learn and execute new ideas for productivity. Leads all engineering activities within project team
7. Managing all PE deliverables in the project in time/quality/cost
8. Work with ZF engineering teams (Design Engineering, Application Engineering team) & departments within Central R&D globally and other departments like production, quality, purchasing etc.
