Mid-Level Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop electronic hardware components, circuits, and systems
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware specifications
• Test, debug, and validate hardware prototypes and production units
• Collaborate with firmware, software, CAD and mechanical engineering teams
• Conduct performance, reliability, and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, safety)
• Support manufacturing, including design for manufacturability (DFM) and test (DFT)
• Analyze and resolve hardware issues and field failures
• Maintain technical documentation and design records
• Evaluate and select components, suppliers, and technologies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of RF Design, analog and digital circuit design,
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad)
• Understanding of microcontrollers, processors, FPGA, and interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, PCI, PCIe, HDMI, etc.)
• Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters)
• Experience in Design development Hardware using of SOM, SOC
• Preparation Data for simulation (SI, PI, Thermal)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with high-speed design, RF, or power electronics
• Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware interaction
• Experience with regulatory standards (CE, FCC, UL, RoHS)
• Manufacturing and product lifecycle experience
