Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and lifecycle management of Industrial Automation products and solutions. The role involves working closely with customers, engineering teams and leadership team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable automation solutions aligned with market and business needs.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in industrial automation systems, control technologies, manufacturing processes, and Agile product delivery methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for industrial automation products.
Identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and emerging industry trends.
Align product development with business goals and customer expectations.
Requirement Gathering & Product Definition
Gather and analyze customer and business requirements for automation products and solutions.
Translate functional and operational requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Define product features, system functionality, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, quality, sales, and service teams.
Coordinate with hardware, firmware, software, controls, and mechanical engineering teams.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Agile Product Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog.
Prioritize features, enhancements, defect fixes, and technical improvements.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
