Role Description This is a full-time, on-site iOS Developer role based in Bengaluru. The iOS Developer will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS devices, ensuring high performance, reliability, and excellent user experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional features; writing clean, maintainable code; integrating APIs and third-party services; and optimizing applications for performance and scalability. The role also involves debugging and resolving technical issues, participating in code reviews, following secure development practices, and staying current with iOS frameworks, tools, and industry trends. The iOS Developer will contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and documentation, and support deployment and maintenance activities as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and Mobile Applications, with experience building user-centric solutions for smartphones and tablets.
Proficiency in iOS Development and iOS frameworks, including hands-on experience with Swift and/or Objective-C, Xcode, and Apple’s design guidelines.
Solid foundation in Software Development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON/XML, and collaborating with backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Knowledge of app performance optimization, memory management, secure coding practices, and App Store deployment processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in domains such as retail, education, media, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
