Human Resources Intern

We're hiring an HR Intern - GOODSHOT, Delhi NCR (hybrid).
₹4,000/month stipend
3-month internship
Hybrid - in office 2–3 times a month
A real shot at extending this or going full-time, if you're sharp and dependable
What you'll actually do:
Source and screen candidates for open roles across the team
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the team
Run onboarding for new hires - access, intros, making day one feel organised
Help keep team records and our policies up to date
Support day-to-day coordination across the team
What we need from you:
Organised - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
Comfortable talking to people, not just processing paperwork
Discreet and trustworthy - you'll be handling people's personal information
Genuinely curious about how a small, fast-moving team actually runs
