Client Acquisition Intern

About the Job
We're hiring a Client Acquisition Intern - GOODSHOT, Remote.
The first month of the internship will be unpaid. From the second month onward, a stipend will be offered based on performance and contribution + Earn unlimited incentives on every successful conversion from Day 1 of your internship.
3-month internship (first 1 month is probation)
Remote — work from anywhere
We'll hand you leads and train you - you also bring your own
The environment: we're not running a high-pressure sales floor. You'll be trained properly, given real leads alongside your own, and have direct access to the founders when you need help. If you enjoy real conversations and closing deals, we're genuinely confident you'll enjoy this.
What you'll actually do:
Reach out to and qualify potential clients — leads you find, plus leads we give you
Pitch GOODSHOT's services and move real conversations toward signed clients
Follow up consistently — persistence here shows up directly in your payout
Learn directly from the founders how conversations actually get closed
Keep a clear pipeline of who you've reached and where things stand
What we need from you:
Comfortable reaching out to strangers and having real sales conversations
Self-motivated — remote means the results have to speak for themselves
Actually looking to grow with a small, early company.
Coachable — we'll train you properly, but you need to apply it
Internship Terms & Growth Opportunities
The internship is for an initial period of 3 months, with the first month serving as a probation period. Continuation will depend on your performance and results during this period. If expectations are not met, the internship may be discontinued after the first month.
For those who perform well, there is uncapped earning potential through incentives and a genuine opportunity to grow with GOODSHOT beyond the initial 3 months, with the possibility of a longer-term role based on performance and business needs.
