Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Guwahati - Assam
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 2+ Years in Sales & Marketing
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop agency advisors and sales representatives.
Drive business through the agency channel and achieve targets.
Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Manage team performance and provide regular guidance.
Generate business through field sales, referrals, and local networking.
