What You'll Own
Full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across Eyr Holistic
LinkedIn headhunting and proactive sourcing — you'll be our talent hunter
Candidate screening, assessment, and shortlist presentation to hiring managers
Pipeline management in Notion — keeping everything organized and transparent
Interview coordination and candidate communication throughout the process
Collaboration with founders and team leads to understand each role deeply

Have 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally for remote, international teams
Are a LinkedIn sourcing machine who knows how to find hidden talent
Have hired across multiple functions — marketing, ops, finance, tech
Are incredibly organized, fast, and reliable — you never let candidates go cold
Love working in a high-growth, fast-paced DTC environment
Take full ownership of your work and don't need micromanagement
Communicate clearly and represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
