Lead Design Architect – US Projects - Residential and Commercial
Location: Vizag | Initially Gurugram
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Design Architect with strong experience in US-based residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects.
US project experience is mandatory.
Key Requirements
* 10–15+ years of architectural experience
* Strong hands-on experience with US projects
* Experience in residential, high-rise residential and commercial buildings
* Strong understanding of IBC, ADA and US building codes
* Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
* Strong architectural detailing and execution experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience taking projects from concept through detailed design and IFC documentation
* Ability to work with US clients and multidisciplinary teams
* Must be actively involved in architectural design, not purely coordination or people management
Good to Have
* Modular / prefabricated construction experience
* Parametric / computational design exposure
* Rhino, Dynamo or similar tools
* Architect of Record experience
Important: The selected candidate will initially work from our Gurugram office to understand our processes, standards and design approach. After this initial period, the candidate will transition to Vizag.
Candidates without meaningful US project design experience will not be considered.
