Backend Security Engineer – AI Training
Work Mode: Remote | Online
Job Type: Part-Time Contract
Hours: Flexible schedule
Compensation: $30+/hour
We are looking for experienced Backend / Security Engineers to work on AI training projects, using real-world engineering expertise to create and evaluate challenging coding tasks for AI systems.
Key Requirements
Strong backend development in Java, Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++ or similar
Strong understanding of algorithms & data structures
Experience in bug fixing, feature implementation, code review and performance optimisation
Experience with scalable services and APIs
Cybersecurity experience in AppSec, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, secure coding or security reviews is a strong plus
Important: No prior AI experience is required.
Selection: Application → AI Interview → Technical Assessment → Hiring Manager Review
Start: Selected candidates should be ready to begin within 24–48 hours of onboarding.
