Embedded Software Engineer

Intuitive Research & Development Pvt. Ltd. (IRDPL) is looking for a passionate and hands-on Embedded Engineer to join our R&D team working on Robotics, Intelligent Automation & Advanced Industrial Systems.

🔧 What You’ll Work On
Microcontroller programming using Embedded C/C++
Controller programming and firmware development
Sensor integration – Encoders, IMU, LiDAR, proximity, pressure, temperature, current/voltage sensors, etc.
PCB schematic and PCB layout design
Electronic component selection based on application requirements
Hardware bring-up, testing and debugging
Communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Modbus
Motor and actuator interfacing – DC, BLDC & Stepper Motors
Analog and digital circuit design
Power supply, protection and signal-conditioning circuits
Hardware–firmware integration
Debugging using Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, etc.
Reading and understanding datasheets, schematics and technical specifications
Prototype development and system-level testing
Developing and maintaining BOMs, circuit diagrams and technical documentation
🧠 We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in Embedded Systems / Electronics
Strong fundamentals in Embedded C/C++
Hands-on experience with any microcontroller such as STM32, ESP32, Arduino, PIC, etc.
Basic understanding of analog & digital electronics
Understanding of PCB design and electronics components
Good knowledge of communication protocols
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Passion for working with real hardware and robotics systems

Experience with STM32 / ESP32
CAN / RS485 / Modbus experience
Motor control
Sensor fusion / IMU integration
RTOS basics
Git
Robotics or industrial automation experience
ROS/ROS2 exposure
