Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Professional based in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The role involves managing and optimizing lead qualification processes, ensuring that every enquiry meets defined eligibility and intent criteria before it moves further in the pipeline.
The individual will work with cloud-based calling systems and CRM tools to track interactions, document outcomes, and maintain structured workflows. Day-to-day activities include verifying information, performing follow-ups, validating data accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to support compliant and efficient acquisition operations.
The role also requires analyzing performance metrics, suggesting process improvements, and contributing to scalable systems that enhance both quality and conversion potential.
Qualifications
Experience with lead qualification, enquiry verification, and structured follow-up processes in service-driven or compliance-aware environments.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms, cloud-based calling tools, and digital communication systems to manage pipelines and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, monitor campaign performance, and refine qualification logic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging prospects, documenting interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with high volumes while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to defined criteria and regulatory standards.
Relevant experience in customer acquisition, sales operations, or business process management; experience with UK or Australia markets is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Comfort working on-site in Mansarovar, with a proactive, organized, and reliability-focused work approach.
