Technical Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the architecture, delivery, and technical direction of our backend platform. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, mentoring developers and ensuring high-quality execution across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems
Provide technical guidance to engineers across backend, QA, and DevOps functions
Review architecture decisions, code quality, and deployment strategies
Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
Drive best practices in TypeScript, NestJS, AWS, and PostgreSQL
Requirements
6+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in TypeScript / Node.js / NestJS
Experience designing high-availability distributed systems
Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure
Experience with PostgreSQL / Aurora
Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience leading remote or distributed engineering teams
Background in Web3, blockchain, or high-growth startup environments
Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure automation
