WE ARE HIRING | MINING OPERATIONS MIS & FOLLOW-UP EXECUTIVE
📍 Location: Head Office, Kolkata
💰 CTC: ₹25,000 per month
🏗️ Industry: Mining & Heavy Equipment Operations
Dhaatri Mines & Resources Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and disciplined Operations MIS & Follow-up Executive to monitor our mining projects from the Kolkata Head Office.
The person will be responsible for continuous follow-up with mining sites and hourly monitoring of production and equipment performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect and monitor hourly production reports from all assigned mining sites.
• Track dumper/tipper trips, quantity transported and hourly productivity.
• Monitor excavator, dumper, crusher/screen plant and other equipment operating hours.
• Record all production hindrances, including breakdowns, waiting time, road conditions, face availability, plant stoppages, manpower issues and other operational constraints.
• Compare hourly target vs. actual production and immediately follow up whenever production falls below target.
• Identify lost production hours and obtain the specific reason and responsible department/person from the site.
• Continuously follow up with Project Heads, Operations, Maintenance and site MIS teams for missing information and pending actions.
• Maintain an hourly Target | Actual | Trips | Equipment Hours | Hindrance | Lost Hours | Action Taken report.
• Highlight abnormal equipment idling, low trips, repeated breakdowns or unexplained production losses.
• Escalate important deviations to management instead of merely compiling data.
• Prepare a concise Daily Operations MIS for management.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Com / BBA or similar qualification.
Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting is essential.
Mining, logistics, fleet management or heavy-equipment experience will be preferred.
The candidate must be persistent in follow-up, comfortable speaking with site teams throughout the day, good with numbers and capable of questioning incomplete information.
The role is based at our Kolkata Head Office and will function as an independent monitoring point for management.
CTC: ₹25,000 per month
