Position: Redshift Architect - Senior Manager L2 (C2)
Job Code: JC 207050
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: FTE - No Contractors
Compensation: $180K-$190K Base + up to 15% QPLC/Bonus
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering
5+ years of hands-on Amazon Redshift experience
Strong expertise in Data Modeling, including:
Dimensional Modeling - Star & Snowflake Schema
Data Vault Modeling
Normalized & Denormalized Data Models
Advanced SQL and query optimization skills
Strong experience with Redshift performance tuning and optimization
Experience with Redshift distribution keys, sort keys, WLM, VACUUM, ANALYZE, compression encoding, Spectrum, and materialized views
Experience designing scalable AWS data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines
Strong stakeholder communication and technical solution design experience
