St Job Title : Functional Oracle ERP AR Architect

Role Summary:
Functional Oracle ERP AR Architect with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Accounts Receivable to lead functional solution design, Order-to-Cash transformation, process governance, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with technical teams on integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional solution architecture for AR, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management, and Revenue Management.
Translate business requirements into scalable AR and Order-to-Cash solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state Order-to-Cash processes. Design and govern customer master, customer hierarchies, billing models, receipt processing, and collections.
Review and govern FDDs, process flows, configurations, and end-to-end solution designs.
Act as primary liaison between Finance, Revenue Operations, Business stakeholders, and IT teams.
Define integration requirements with CRM, banking, lockbox, and reporting systems.
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and hyper care activities.
Standardize customer onboarding, billing, receipts, cash application, collections, credit, disputes, and revenue-recognition integration.
Drive DSO reduction, cash-flow improvement, invoice accuracy, and collection effectiveness.
Experience:
5+ years as ERP/Solution Functional Architect.
8+ years Oracle ERP experience (Cloud + EBS).
5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud Accounts Receivable.
Experience leading large-scale O2C transformation initiatives.
Functional Skills:
Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash.
Customer master, billing, collections, cash application, and credit management.
Fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance.
Requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Functional specifications, configuration validation, and solution reviews.
DSO, Aging, Collections, Customer Credit, and revenue processes.

Location: Remote, (Louisville, KY)
Type : Contract / FTE
Role Summary:
Oracle ERP Technical Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS platforms, and AI solutions to lead technical architecture, integrations, data migration, extensions, automation, and platform governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related enterprise applications.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical solutions.
Design and govern OIC integrations, APIs, events, file-based interfaces, B2B integrations, and process automation.
Lead ODI-based data integration, transformation, data migration, and batch-processing solutions.
Design Oracle PaaS and OCI solutions using databases, application services, API management, events, messaging, security, and monitoring.
Define technical approaches for ERP extensions, reports, workflows, conversions, and integrations while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
Architect AI, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions integrated with Oracle ERP and enterprise data, with appropriate security and human oversight.
Review and govern technical design documents, integration designs, data mappings, deployment patterns, and nonfunctional requirements.
Act as primary liaison between functional architects, application teams, data teams, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Support testing, performance tuning, deployment, production readiness, and operational support.
Establish standards for security, scalability, observability, error handling, reuse, DevOps, and technical governance.
Experience:
5+ years as an Oracle Technical or Solution Architect.
10+ years of Oracle applications and integration experience.
5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OIC, ODI, OCI, or Oracle PaaS.
Experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP implementations, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Experience designing enterprise AI and automation solutions is preferred.
Functional Skills:
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture, APIs, FBDI, BICC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and application security.
OIC, ODI, REST/SOAP APIs, events, adapters, transformations, orchestration, and error handling.
