US Recruiter - IT and non-IT (EST Hours)

Constellation Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support recruitment for our
federal contracting initiatives. This role requires a recruiter who excels at screening top talent,
managing end-to-end hiring processes, and communicating with program stakeholders. The
ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and passionate about delivering a high-quality
candidate experience while meeting fast-paced hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities
Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates aligned with role requirements.
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify position requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes.
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining a professional and consistent engagement experience.
Support proposal and surge hiring needs by pre-qualifying and maintaining a pool of vetted candidates.
Document all recruitment activities in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies and client standards.
Qualifications Required:
Master’s degree in human resources or related field with 5 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
Strong knowledge of hiring, interview coordination, and offer management.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and major ATS platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
