Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project Systems (PS) modules based on business requirements.
Handle end-to-end SAP PM processes including Maintenance Planning, Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Maintenance Strategies.
Configure SAP PS processes including Project Definition, WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Project Planning.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and process documentation.
Integrate SAP PM/PS with other modules such as MM, FI/CO, SD, and PP.
Support master data creation and maintenance for equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, BOMs, and project structures.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support defect resolution.
Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues in SAP PM and PS.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Work with ABAP/technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
Prepare user training materials and conduct training sessions for business users.
Ensure SAP solutions follow business processes, SAP best practices, and organizational standards.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
Good experience in SAP PS (Project Systems).
Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
Equipment & Functional Location management.
Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, BOMs and Work Centers.
Project Definitions and WBS Elements.
Networks, Activities, Milestones and Project Planning.
Project Cost Planning and Budgeting.
Integration of PM/PS with MM, FI/CO, SD and PP.
SAP master data and transactional process knowledge.
SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and functional testing.
Experience in incident management and production support.
Ability to prepare functional specifications and business process documentation.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM & PS.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
Experience with SAP implementation/rollout projects.
Understanding of SAP migration and cutover activities.
Knowledge of integration with external maintenance/project management systems.
Good understanding of Agile/Waterfall implementation methodologies.
