🚨 Hiring | AI Solution Architect | Mumbai
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Engagement: Contractual (3 years + EXT)
⏳ Experience: 8+ years
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to work on enterprise-scale AI/GenAI initiatives within a leading banking organization.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements and AI/technology solutions — from identifying the right AI use case to designing the solution and supporting its implementation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Translate business problems into scalable AI/GenAI solutions
• Design end-to-end AI solution architecture, workflows and system blueprints
• Work with Business, AI/Analytics, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Security and Legal teams
• Work on LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, APIs and AI/ML deployment
• Support PoCs, pilots, implementation and enterprise rollout
• Build responsible AI practices including guardrails, human oversight, explainability and risk controls
• Evaluate AI technologies and create reusable solution frameworks
🔹 Looking For
• 8+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 6 years in AI/Analytics solutioning, digital transformation, technology consulting or solution architecture
• Strong experience translating business requirements into enterprise AI/technology solutions
• Exposure to LLM, RAG, GenAI, Agentic AI and APIs
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills
• BFSI/Banking experience is preferred
🎓 Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Business/Management or related fields.
