Job Title : Android Wi-Fi Engineer
Experience: 5–12 Years
Location : Bangalore
Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Android Wi-Fi Engineer with strong C/C++ programming skills and hands-on experience in Android platform development, Wi-Fi stack integration, and low-level debugging.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong programming skills in C/C++; Java/Kotlin knowledge is an added advantage.
Deep understanding of Android architecture (AOSP).
Hands-on experience with the Android Wi-Fi stack, including Framework, HAL, supplicant, and driver layers.
Experience with wpa_supplicant, hostapd, Linux kernel, and device drivers.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, 802.11 protocols, and AIDL/HIDL interfaces.
Ability to debug issues using Android logs, kernel logs, and driver-level traces.
Experience with Wi-Fi chipset bring-up (Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek, etc.) is preferred.
Familiarity with Wireshark and wireless packet analysis tools is an advantage.
