MIS Project Cordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Project Coordinator to manage MIS reporting, business performance tracking, dashboards, and project-related data coordination. The role will involve coordinating with multiple teams, consolidating data, ensuring reporting accuracy, and preparing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with teams for timely data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and management reports.
• Track individual, team, and department performance against targets and KPIs.
• Monitor actual performance against targets and highlight deviations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, variances, and performance insights.
• Prepare and analyze P&L; and business performance reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate MIS projects and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements.
• Generate actionable insights to support business and management decisions.
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and project requirements.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, MIS reporting, and performance mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, and data filtering.
• Strong understanding of dashboard creation and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and attention to detail. Preferred Skills
• Good knowledge of Power BI and dashboarding tools.
• Understanding of financial and operational metrics/KPIs.
• Experience in MIS, business reporting, analytics, or project coordination
